Overview
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field is considered an asset
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant environment
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is required

Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Plan, organize, direct, and control daily restaurant operations to ensure speed of service delivery in accordance with
- Establish and implement operational procedures in accordance with head office standards and audit requirements
- Monitor service quality, food preparation standards, and overall customer experience
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations
Staff Management & Leadership
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage restaurants and staff
- Conduct onboarding and continuous training for new and existing employees
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct formal performance reviews
- Motivate and lead team members to achieve service, sales, and operational targets
- Identify high-potential employees and support their development and career progression
- Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts including managing SPLH
Financial & Sales Responsibilities
- Monitor daily sales performance and support achievement of sales targets
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational expense management
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of daily financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Inventory & Supply Management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of food, beverages, and supplies
- Control waste and variances, and ensure proper storage and usage of products
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent supply chain operations
Customer Service & Problem Resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality through positive google reviews
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally including online platforms
- Maintain a positive dining experience for all guests
Compliance & Safety
- Enforce workplace safety policies and security procedures to protect employees and guests
- Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons corporate policies and franchise and brand standards
- Assist in reducing theft, loss prevention, and maintaining secure operations
