Job summary

Wendy's Castlegar is seeking a full-time operations supervisor to oversee daily restaurant performance. You will analyze budgets to boost profits, evaluate operations, monitor revenues and labour costs, recruit and train staff, and implement service and safety procedures to ensure smooth, compliant service.

You will plan schedules, manage inventory, participate in marketing efforts and address customer concerns while maintaining a welcoming work environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
  • Work language: English.
