Job summary

CLV Group is seeking a Concierge to redefine the residential rental experience across LIV Apartments and Aspire properties in Ottawa. You will deliver bespoke services, manage bookings, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests.

The role requires pro-active problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You’ll coordinate with the leadership team, assist with events, and help maintain a welcoming, secure community.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in hospitality or related guest services.
• Strong customer service focus and problem solving.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate arrival and departure of LIV Extended Stay guests.
• Assist guests with reservations and bookings for services.
• Promote and secure reservations for housekeeping, dog walks, dry cleaning, fitness classes, and more.
• Complete dog walks and pet home visits as scheduled.
• Coordinate reservations of common amenity spaces for private events.
• Provide access control and manage parcel deliveries; maintain organization.
