Job summary

Rhapsody-Property-Management-Services-4 is seeking a professional Concierge at one of its luxury rental communities in Toronto. The role greets residents and guests, answers phones, handles inquiries, and supports events and amenities to foster a welcoming, vibrant community.

You will collaborate with residents, vendors and the site team, adapt to a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends, and uphold our high standards of service, integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in upscale customer service/concierge setting.
• Knowledge of neighborhood and community preferred.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends).

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests; answer concierge phone; after-hours package pickup.
• Provide information and a welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors and neighbours.
• Know the community and surrounding area to answer questions confidently.
• Build relationships with current and future residents.
• Assist with on- and off-site resident events and initiatives.
• Provide marketing support with Social Media postings, Blogging and Internet Presence.
• Maintain amenities inventory and assist with reservations and events.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to property guidelines.
