Job summary

Cogir Real Estate in Gatineau is seeking a Resident Concierge for its rental building. You will be versatile, organized, and customer‑focused, supporting tenants and handling building maintenance tasks during day shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting tenants, coordinating events, responding to emergencies, performing general maintenance, sanitation, and upkeep of parking and outdoor areas, and assisting with inventory and procurement as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism both oral and written is required.
• 1 year of relevant experience is an asset.
• DVS or equivalent required; higher credentials are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to residents and guests.
• Respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform building maintenance tasks including cleaning, parking lot upkeep, and garden maintenance.
• Take inventory of service materials and assist with procurement within budgets.
• Support event activities for tenants as needed.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in events organized for tenants when required.

Administration

• Provide a high level of customer service

Health Care

• Respond to all emergency situations

Construction

• Clean the administrative office
• Clear and salt the entrances
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Maintain property areas and systems
• Maintain the garden
• Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
• Make service calls
• Preventive maintenance on equipment
• Taking out the trash

Food Services

• Perform other related duties
• Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an asset.
• Bilingualism both oral and written
