Zen Residential Ltd. is seeking a friendly Concierge for our Edmonton residential community. You will welcome residents, guests and visitors, assist with daily operations, and help maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include logging packages, managing access, coordinating move-ins/outs, assisting with amenity bookings, and supporting property management with admin tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is an asset.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or similar role.
• Previous experience as a concierge, front desk attendant, or customer service representative is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accept, log, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries securely and efficiently.
• Manage visitor access, including logging guests and verifying permissions for entry.
• Assist with move-in and move-out processes, ensuring adherence to building policies and procedures.
• Handle resident complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and report cleanliness or operational concerns.
• Conduct building tours for prospective residents during high leasing activity.
• Maintain accurate records of resident requests, interactions, service requests, and deliveries.
• Assist in managing amenity bookings and coordinating facility usage schedules.
• Support property management with admin tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Assist vendors, contractors, and service providers with building access and scheduling.
• Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Observe surveillance systems and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Maintain an up-to-date log of incidents, service requests, and visitor activity.
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
• Coordinate with security and management to ensure resident safety.
• Organize and promote resident events and community activities.
• Maintain up-to-date information about local services and amenities for residents.
• Distribute notices and communications to residents as directed.
