Job summary

Optima Living is seeking a Concierge to create a warm, welcoming experience for residents, visitors, and team members at our Calgary community. The role supports daily operations, move-in coordination, and confidential administrative tasks in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Completion of a recognized post-secondary program is an asset.
• Experience in a residential care or mental health environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents, visitors, and team members warmly and professionally.
• Manages inquiries, move-in coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Provides customer service reflecting Optima Living's hospitality-focused environment.
• Maintains records, coordinates meetings, and supports emergency procedures as needed.
• Ensures confidentiality of resident information and adheres to health regulations.
