Zusammenfassung

Optima Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to create a warm, welcoming experience for residents, visitors, and staff. You will assist with move-in coordination, manage inquiries, and support day-to-day community operations, while upholding the organization’s person-centered care values.

Reporting to the General Manager or Administration Manager, this role requires strong communication, organization, and a collaborative attitude to maintain smooth operations in a resident-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in an administrative or similar role.
• Completion of a recognized post-secondary program is an asset.
• Experience in a residential care or mental health environment is an asset.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Aufgaben

• Greets residents, visitors, and team members warmly and professionally.
• Manages incoming calls and inquiries, directing visitors and contractors as needed.
• Ensures the visitor sign-in/sign-out process is properly followed.
• Performs administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records, and meeting minutes.
