Job summary

The successful candidate will hold an approved nursing degree, an active Alberta license, and CPR/First Aid certification, with experience in residential care considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
• Active license to practice in Alberta.
• Experience in residential care or mental health is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resident care or service plans under supervision.
• Provide direct nursing care including medications and treatments.
• Support Health Care Aides and orient new staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
