Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
• Active CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Participates in development of resident care plans.
• Maintains accurate records of resident conditions and health care requirements.
• Provides direct nursing care including medications and treatments.
• Communicates clearly with the interdisciplinary team, residents and families.
• Assists with orientation and supports Health Care Aides and other team members.
• Responds promptly to emergencies and reports concerns following policy.
