Placements24 is assisting a popular Kimberley hotel in finding a Reservations Supervisor to lead the reservations team. You will manage bookings, inquiries, and cancellations, while coaching agents to deliver high-quality service and accurate data entry.

The role requires proficiency with hotel reservation software (PMS, Channel Managers), strong yield management knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills to maximize occupancy and revenue.

About the Role

Our client, a popular hotel located in Kimberley , is looking for an efficient and customer-focused Reservations Supervisor to lead their reservations team. You will be responsible for managing the reservations process, ensuring accuracy, maximizing occupancy, and providing excellent service to potential and confirmed guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team. You will play a key part in the initial guest contact, setting the tone for their entire stay at our client's property in Kimberley .
