Our client, a reputable hotel in Kimberley, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team. This role oversees daily operations, trains staff, and ensures guest rooms and public areas meet exacting standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

About the Role

This role is essential for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet our client's exacting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail, contributing to a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests in the Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and adherence to standards.
