TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. is recruiting for a fully remote, full-time role focused on business development and client acquisition in Canada.

The position targets wealth-management professionals with IIROC/CIRO experience and a track record of closing high-net-worth clients. You will generate new business with warm leads, articulate the firm's value proposition, and guide clients to onboarding while a dedicated team handles portfolio management.

Formación

• Minimum 24 months combined IIROC/CIRO Investment Dealer registration
• Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals is required
• Strong ability to win new clients and close deals

Responsabilidades

• Work with a continuous flow of warm, qualified leads
• Conduct discovery conversations and understand investors' goals
• Present investment philosophy, services and value proposition
• Build trust with high-net-worth clients and close new business
• Transition clients to portfolio-management teams after onboarding
• Maintain follow-up throughout the sales process
