TalentSphere is seeking a Private Client Adviser – Financial Planner / Securities Specialist / Wealth Adviser for a 100% remote, permanent role in Canada. Base salary around $100,000 with uncapped commissions and potential for $180,000–$500,000+ in Year 1 OTE.

You will focus on new business development and converting qualified prospects into clients. This is not a traditional advisor role; you will win new clients, transition them to dedicated teams, and continue to grow your income as results

Qualificações

• Minimum 24 months IIROC/CIRO Investment Dealer registration
• 5+ years in financial-services, investment, wealth-management or securities
• Proven success in business development, client acquisition or investment sales
• Strong comfort discussing investments with high-net-worth individuals
• Proven ability to influence and close business
• Excellent telephone and virtual presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated and performance driven
• Comfortable operating in a metrics-focused sales environment
• Strong technological capability and confidence working remotely

Responsabilidades

• Work with a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified prospective clients
• Conduct discovery conversations and understand investors' financial goals
• Present the firm's investment philosophy, services and value proposition
• Build trust with high-net-worth prospective clients
• Lead virtual and telephone-based sales conversations
• Convert qualified prospects into new clients
• Transition new clients to the dedicated relationship and portfolio-management teams
• Maintain disciplined follow-up throughout the sales process
• Focus time on new business development and closing
