TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking top-tier financial professionals for a 100% remote, permanent, full-time opportunity in Canada.

You will drive new client acquisition and close high-net-worth relationships with an upfront base salary and substantial OTE, with no portfolio management after onboarding. Ideal candidates will have IIROC/CIRO registration (minimum 24 months), CIM/CFA designations preferred, and a track record of business development in wealth management.

Formación

• Minimum 24 months IIROC/CIRO Investment Dealer registration.
• 5+ years of financial-services, investment, wealth-management or securities experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition or investment sales.
• Strong comfort discussing investments with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proven ability to influence and close business.
• Excellent telephone and virtual presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated and performance driven.
• Strong technological capability and confidence working remotely.
• CIM designation is important for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Work with a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified prospective clients.
• Conduct discovery conversations and understand investors' financial goals, current portfolios and concerns.
• Present the firm's investment philosophy, services and value proposition.
• Build trust with high-net-worth prospective clients.
• Lead virtual and telephone-based sales conversations.
• Convert qualified prospects into new clients.
• Transition new clients to the dedicated relationship and portfolio-management teams.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Focus your time almost exclusively on new business development and closing.
