Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in financial-services, investment, wealth-management or securities.
• Minimum 24 months IIROC/CIRO Investment Dealer registration.
• CIM designation is important; CFA designation also valued.
• Excellent telephone and virtual presentation skills.
• Comfortable in a metrics-focused sales environment.

• Work with a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified prospective clients.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand investors' goals and concerns.
• Present the firm's investment philosophy, services and value proposition.
• Build trust with high-net-worth prospective clients.
• Lead virtual and telephone-based sales conversations and close deals.
• Transition new clients to dedicated relationship and portfolio-management teams.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Focus time almost exclusively on new business development and closing.
