TalentSphere seeks a Private Client Adviser – Financial Planner / Securities Specialist / Wealth Adviser to join our 100% remote, Canada-wide team (excluding Quebec). Base salary $100,000 with Year 1 OTE of $180,000–$500,000+, uncapped commissions, and long-term earning potential.

You will focus on business development, client acquisition and closing new relationships, not on portfolio management post-onboarding.

Formación

• 5+ years of financial-services, investment, wealth-management or securities experience.
• Minimum 24 months IIROC/CIRO Investment Dealer registration (current or previous)
• CIM designation is important; CFA designation valued
• Ability to influence and close business
• Strong comfort discussing investments with high-net-worth individuals
• Excellent telephone and virtual presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated and performance driven
• Comfortable in a metrics-focused sales environment
• Strong technological capability and confidence working remotely

Responsabilidades

• Work with a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified prospective clients
• Conduct discovery conversations and understand investors' goals and portfolios
• Present the firm's investment philosophy, services and value proposition
• Build trust with high-net-worth prospective clients
• Lead virtual and telephone-based sales conversations
• Convert qualified prospects into new clients
• Transition new clients to dedicated relationship/portfolio-management teams
• Maintain disciplined follow-up throughout the sales process
• Focus on new business development and closing
