Job summary

TalentSphere is seeking a Private Client Adviser – Financial Planner / Securities Specialist / Wealth Adviser for a 100% remote, permanent role in Canada. You will focus on business development, client acquisition and closing new relationships, with uncapped commissions and high earning potential.

You will not manage portfolios or service an existing book. You must have IIROC/CIRO registration (24 months) and CIM designation, with 5+ years in financial services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months IIROC/CIRO Investment Dealer registration.
• 5+ years financial-services, investment, wealth-management or securities experience.
• Proven ability to influence and close business.
• Strong comfort discussing investments with high-net-worth individuals.
• Excellent telephone and virtual presentation skills.
• Highly self-motivated and performance driven in a metrics-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified prospective clients.
• Conduct discovery conversations and understand investors' financial goals and current portfolios.
• Present the firm's investment philosophy, services and value proposition.
• Build trust with high-net-worth prospective clients.
• Lead virtual and telephone-based sales conversations.
• Convert qualified prospects into new clients.
• Transition new clients to the dedicated relationship and portfolio-management teams.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Focus time on new business development and closing.
