Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to elevate creators across our Shopify, Amazon, and Chewy channels. Your role focuses on hands-on training, reviewing every submission, and delivering precise feedback to improve conversion and GMV.

You will run training calls, identify trends, and actively develop creators to perform at higher levels. You should have 2+ years coaching creators in TikTok Shop, Trybe, or a DTC affiliate program, and a proven track record with data-driven coaching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators
• Experience reviewing content submissions and giving detailed feedback
• Experience in TikTok Shop/Trybe or DTC creator programs
• Fluent in English and able to work remotely with US/Canada overlap

Responsibilities

• Review every creator content submission with detailed, actionable feedback
• Run regular training calls with creators based on current data
• Spot trends daily and share content ideas proactively
• Manage the Discord creator community and keep creators engaged
• Track performance and coach high-potential creators
• Help scale the program to increase GMV per creator over time
