KittySpout is seeking a Creator Content Coach to join our team and elevate creators to convert and drive GMV. You will review every submission, provide detailed written and verbal feedback, run training calls, spot trends, and actively develop creators in TikTok Shop, Trybe or DTC programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience training creators or coaching in a TikTok Shop, Trybe, or DTC program.
• Proven results from training creators with GMV or content-performance data.
• Fluent in English; fully remote with US/Canada timezone overlap.

Responsibilities

• Review every creator submission and provide actionable feedback within 24 hours.
• Run regular training calls with creators based on current data and trends.
• Spot trends daily and push ideas to creators proactively.
• Manage the creator community on Discord to maintain engagement.
