Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to own the ideation, scripting, planning, and management of the full creative process for Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and direct response campaigns. You will drive volume and quality while leveraging data, AI, and a robust DTC background to scale paid channels.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in performance creative for DTC brands, experience briefing short and long form VSLs, and a track record with AI-enabled production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance creative experience for DTC brands.
• Experience briefing short and long form VSLs.
• Experience running an AI stack in production.
• Proven Direct Response copywriting for DR campaigns.
• Deep DTC brand experience and spend levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop VSL briefings end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video.
• Partner with editors and performance marketers on testing.
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data.
