• 1-2 years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of TikTok creator ecosystem.
• Experience managing product sampling or influencer gifting programs.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Creator Relationship Management across TikTok, Instagram, and email.
• Recruit, manage, and onboard creators aligned with Petra Brands.
• Coordinate sampling, seeding, and product shipments globally.
• Track creator performance, campaign timelines, and KPIs.
• Support campaigns for retail and DTC initiatives.
• Build and sustain the Petra Brands TikTok Creator Discord community.
