Job summary

Grail is seeking a proactive Talent Coordinator to sign TikTok Shop creators and manage flat-fee brand deals. You will identify monetization opportunities, pitch creators to brands, negotiate terms, and drive campaign execution with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with a Senior Talent Manager and creators to maximize earnings and deal flow in a high-growth creator economy. This fully remote role offers growth potential and revenue impact.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Sign TikTok Shop creators to Grail and manage their brand deals.
• Grow revenue for flat-fee partnerships across creator roster.
• Identify and secure paid partnership opportunities for creators.
• Negotiate deal terms, rates, and deliverables with brands.
• Serve as primary contact and advocate for your creators.
