Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Recruiting Talent Sourcer based in Canada. The role centers on proactive sourcing, building robust talent pipelines, and engaging high-caliber candidates across multiple markets, with a focus on passive outreach.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand role needs, use modern sourcing tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS), and track metrics to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional talent sourcing experience; experience supporting global recruitment across multiple markets is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing expertise using techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment databases, networking, and other methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills when communicating with passive talent.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and data management with metrics to inform sourcing decisions.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment tech platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Resilience and adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguity.
• Ability to work from a quiet, secure home environment with reliable communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates across multiple markets using proactive sourcing.
• Engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with TA Partners and hiring managers to refine profiles.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, fit, and potential.
• Present shortlisted candidates to TA Partners for consideration.
• Build and manage active candidate pipelines with timely communication.
• Track sourcing activity and recruitment metrics to inform strategy.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies using data and market insights.
