CapIntel Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end hiring, partnering with hiring managers, and shaping candidate experiences across technical and non-technical roles.

You’ll lead from writing job descriptions to closing offers, collaborating with the People & Talent team and building scalable processes at CapIntel. This role emphasizes strategic sourcing, interview design, and a focus on reducing bias while scaling our growth in the North American wealth-tech space.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles, ideally at a growth-stage company.
• Advisory instincts with the ability to partner with hiring managers and push back when needed.
• Real sourcing skill, able to build pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent organization; can manage several searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from kickoff to signed offer.
• Source strategically and build pipelines beyond inbound applicants.
• Partner with hiring managers to align requirements and compensation data.
• Raise the bar on interview kits, scorecards, and interviewer training.
