• Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership.
• Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems.
• Hardcore work ethic and high agency.

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine across Europe/LATAM and USA - sourcing, engaging, and closing world-class talent.

This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership. You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our team, velocity, and trajectory.

📍Location: Remote - this role is available across all countries with 4hr+ overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)
