Job summary

OpenLoop is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment, from strategy to closing top candidates, in our fast-growing tech environment. You’ll partner with leaders across the business to forecast needs, source diverse talent, and design scalable recruiting strategies while acting as a trusted advisor on interview practices and candidate experience.

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and advise on hires.
• Strong sourcing skills using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer and closing.
• Partner with department heads and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs.
• Source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
• Advise hiring managers on interview practices and market benchmarks.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments aligned with role requirements.
• Ensure a transparent, timely candidate experience.
• Collaborate on job descriptions for clarity and competitiveness.
• Partner with HR on recruiting operations and reporting.
• Support additional duties as needed.
