Job summary

Magnet Forensics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for a mix of technical and back-office teams. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to attract top talent, while refining hiring practices and building scalable strategies to support business growth.

You will contribute to sourcing, posting, and interview processes, ensuring a superior candidate experience and accurate ATS data.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment in corporate or agency settings.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and a positive candidate experience.
• Strong partnership with Hiring Managers and HR Partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to close.
• Develop hiring strategies with hiring managers and HR partners.
• Recruit across technical and back-office functions to meet evolving priorities.
• Create compelling job postings and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment systems.
• Collaborate on hiring initiatives, programs, and process improvements.
• Represent Magnet At talent events and employer branding activities.
