You will partner with leaders, design scalable recruiting strategies, and actively source top candidates for R&D roles. Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with senior leaders.
• Strong sourcing skills using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
• Track record of closing candidates and meeting hiring targets while maintaining candidate experience.

Aufgaben

• Run full-cycle recruiting across R&D departments from intake to offer negotiations.
• Forecast hiring needs with department heads and leadership to shape strategies.
• Source and engage passive talent; build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Advise hiring managers on interview practices, market trends, and compensation benchmarking.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments ensuring alignment with role and culture.
