Job summary

CLV Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate and operational roles. You will partner with hiring leaders, design proactive pipelines, and deliver exceptional service to candidates, helping CLV sustain growth and build a strong employer brand.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from role design to onboarding, while aligning recruitment priorities with CLV’s strategy and values.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent and leadership potential.
• Up to five years in talent acquisition or related roles.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions is an asset.
• CHRP designation is considered an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycle for corporate and operational roles, including design, sourcing, screening, offers and onboarding.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies to connect CLV with top talent.
• Build pipelines for critical and future roles and pro-active candidates.
• Provide hiring recommendations based on capabilities, experience and CLV values.
• Enhance CLV's employer brand through compelling postings and campaigns.
