Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Talent Acquisition Lead to design and execute remote-first recruitment strategies and lead a distributed team of recruiters. You will manage the full lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and advise remote hiring managers with market insights.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in talent acquisition with strong leadership, deep knowledge of ATS/CRM tools, and a track record of building diverse candidate pipelines across sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with remote or distributed team leadership.
• Experience designing and implementing remote-first talent acquisition strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
