Toptal is seeking a versatile Sales Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. You’ll partner with Sales leaders to attract and hire top-tier sales talent—from IC to VP level. This remote role requires 5+ years in recruitment, with 3+ years in sales recruiting, and candidates located in the United States or Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of proven recruitment success, with in-house experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in sales recruiting for enterprise-level roles.
• Experience recruiting for complex services, enterprise-level sales.
• Strong ability to guide interview teams and manage the end-to-end process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales roles.
• Proactively source and engage top talent across markets.
• Conduct thorough outreach and screening across channels.
• Design and coordinate interview processes aligned with hiring bar.
• Own the candidate experience and guide candidates through each stage.
