Placements24 is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee software development lifecycles for remote teams. You will guide cross-functional engineering efforts, set scope and success criteria, and drive on-time, high-quality releases across distributed stakeholders.

The role requires deep SDLC knowledge, strong leadership, and ability to optimize Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices in a fully remote, fast-paced environment with global impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional SDLC projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and remote team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software projects from inception to deployment and maintenance.
• Define scope, objectives, requirements, and success criteria with product managers.
• Develop detailed plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Mentor and guide distributed development teams to high performance.
• Manage risks, communications, and ensure on-time, quality releases.
