Job summary

Fieldguide is a remote-first company delivering AI Advisory & Audit Cloud solutions to Canadian CPA firms. You will prospect, qualify, and convert new SMB opportunities, navigating multithreaded sales motions with partners and stakeholders.

As an SMB Account Executive, you’ll lead discovery, educate firms, and drive modernization that differentiates Fieldguide in audit and advisory services, reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Executive with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Experience selling to audit, advisory, or assurance firms is preferred.
• Strong project management to coordinate stakeholders on large deals.

Responsibilities

• Own a targeted SMB account list from prospecting to close.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and sales metrics.
• Build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and align Fieldguide solutions.
