Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Service Delivery Coordinator based in Canada. The role ensures timely delivery of building and facility management services by coordinating work orders, tracking progress, and maintaining records with contracted standards.

You will collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and clients, monitor SLAs, prepare reports, and support administrative and financial processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant coursework.
• At least 1 year in service coordination or facilities/operations support.
• Experience with work orders, estimates, invoices, PO, and accruals.
• Familiarity with Maximo or Oracle is an asset.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with independent work and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage work orders from initiation to completion.
• Align client requirements with contractual obligations and service standards.
• Schedule site access for internal teams and providers.
• Monitor progress with providers to meet SLAs.
• Prepare reports on work order activity and performance.
• Verify documentation for quotations, estimates, and invoices.
• Review and route estimates for approval; process POs.
• Maintain service request and work order data for reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients and service providers.
• Review CSAT results to identify improvement opportunities.
