Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a Canada-based opportunity for an Associate, Client Service & Operations. The role centers on delivering a seamless onboarding experience in a financial services setting, coordinating activities, ensuring complete documentation, and enabling clients to access services quickly.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage requirements, resolve issues, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-6 years of relevant professional experience with added education advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to clients and stakeholders.
• Proven collaboration across internal departments and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute client onboarding activities to ensure smooth transactions.
• Communicate proactively with clients, providing timely updates and informed responses.
• Collect, verify, organize, and maintain client documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues.
• Ensure compliance with laws, internal policies, and regional regulations.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes and improve service quality.
• Support strategic initiatives and risk-informed decision making.
