Job summary

Employment Hero is seeking a Senior VAR Partnerships Manager (SME) to build and scale a high-velocity VAR/MSP network focused on SMEs. This is a remote-first IC role dedicated to partner recruitment, enablement, and marketplace expansion with major software partners.

You will work with Marketing on demand generation, design MDF and rebates for partners, and optimize partner programs using PRM tools and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing channel ecosystems that sell to SMEs
• Proven ability to scale partner programs using PRM tools and Salesforce
• Deep understanding of high-volume sales cycles, ACV, and ICP matching
• Experience designing MDF and rebate structures for partners

Responsibilities

• SME Channel Recruitment: Recruit, Activate and Manage regional VARs and MSPs with large SME footprints
• Scalable Enablement: Training and digital toolkits for rapid partner activation
• Volume Campaign Management: Partner with Marketing for low-touch, high-yield campaigns
• Velocity Pipeline Management: Manage high-volume lead pipelines
• Marketplace Expansion: Drive revenue through B2B cloud marketplaces
