Job summary
Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical Strategy & Operations to shape decarbonization efforts in textile manufacturing. Based remotely in Canada, you will lead research, synthesize complex data, and drive strategic initiatives across technical, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
You will coordinate technology assessments, prepare leadership-ready materials, and support workshops and site visits.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in energy consulting, industrial decarbonization research, or related fields.
- Experience with factory-level process engineering and industrial utilities is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate research and assessments of climate technologies and decarbonization pathways.
- Build and maintain a library of technical research and analyses.
- Synthesize information into clear frameworks for decision-making.
- Prepare presentations and technical documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate across technical teams and external partners to advance initiatives.
- Track actions, objectives, and progress of strategic projects.
- Improve knowledge management and information flow across projects.
