Job summary

Jobgether SRL on behalf of a partner company seeks a Senior Digital Analytics Strategist based in Canada. You will lead measurement strategy, audits, and practical analytics implementations for B2B and D2C brands in a fully remote role.

You will guide KPIs, attribution models, and data-driven decisions while collaborating with development, design, media, and client services teams. AI-enabled analytics services and privacy-focused approaches are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital analytics or related fields, preferably in a digital agency or consulting setting.
• Expertise in GA4, GTM (including server-side tagging), and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce analytics and revenue attribution with Shopify knowledge.
• Experience designing data layers, event tracking, UTM taxonomies, and QA processes.
• Familiarity with Amplitude, Triple Whale, Shopify Customer Events, and similar tools.
• Knowledge of consent management (OneTrust) and privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
• Ability to translate complex analytics into practical recommendations for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategy: define KPIs and measurement plans aligned to business goals.
• Audit analytics implementations across multiple platforms to ensure data quality.
• Oversee technical tracking specs, data layer architectures, and data collection.
• Lead QA, monitor post-launch performance, and set alerts for data discrepancies.
• Advise clients and senior stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Drive CRO through analytics insights, heatmaps, and experimentation data.
• Develop attribution strategies across multi-touch, cross-channel journeys.
• Ensure privacy compliance in collaboration with legal and development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet analytics requirements.
• Plan analytics during migrations and redesigns to maintain tracking continuity.
• Develop standardized analytics deliverables and contribute to service development.
• Explore emerging tech (AI, search, shopping behavior) to improve workflows.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to building scalable analytics capabilities.
