Job summary

Sease | Information Retrieval Applied is seeking a Sales Development Representative. The core mission is to identify opportunities and manage/upsell existing customers by building strong relationships and understanding client needs to improve our service.

You will be the front line of revenue growth, comfortable researching prospects, and adapting strategies to meet needs. This role emphasizes transparency, ownership, and a proactive, self-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with energy and strong work ethics.
• Fluent English; other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Learn our technology stack and effectively communicate our value proposition to both a business and technical audience.
• Understand client goals and challenges to tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering to grow the sales pipeline.
• Turn inbound and outbound leads into new customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and close deals.
• Present, promote and sell Sease products and services to new and existing customers.
• Identify and contact potential customers through various channels.
• Attend forums, meetups and fairs to expand Sease’s network.
• Look for potential partnerships.
