• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with proactive system-improvement approach.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales trends, pipeline health and conversion rates for business impact.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM and data integrity.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly analytics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with finance and sales to resolve pricing or contract discrepancies.
