Job summary

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale its RevOps practice. You will guide a team of strategists, own client engagements, and stay hands‑on in Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot environments.

The role demands strong leadership, client communication, and the ability to translate complex tech issues into business outcomes. Remote‑first with global opportunities, including Canada, Mexico, and the UK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or CRM consulting.
• 1–2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Strong hands‑on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and implementation experience.
• Hands‑on Pardot (Account Engagement) implementation and administration experience.
• Strong HubSpot Marketing Hub experience including automation and reporting.
• Experience leading complex CRM and marketing automation initiatives.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of RevOps professionals.
• Oversee complex client engagements with high-quality strategic and technical work.
• Guide architecture, audits, and implementations in Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot.
• Design lifecycle architecture, lead routing, automation, and data governance.
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Maintain project health and manage delivery risks across the team.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support scoping for RevOps projects.
