Job summary

Emcita, a technology services company, is expanding its Canada-based sales presence. We seek a driven Sales & Business Development Associate to bring in new business and close deals with Canadian companies, diaspora-owned businesses, and organizations seeking African tech talent.

This is a remote, commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. You will identify and reach out to prospective clients, tailor proposals with pricing, manage the sales cycle from first contact to signed

Qualifications

• Proven sales, BD, or client-facing experience (tech/IT services background a plus).
• Strong Canadian business network and comfort reaching out to decision-makers.
• Self-starter who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential Canadian clients who need software, web development, cloud, mobile app development, or related services.
• Pitch Emcita's offerings and match client needs to the right practice area.
• Manage the sales conversation from first contact to signed contract.
• Work with Emcita's founder to structure proposals and pricing.
