• 1–3 years in business development or inside sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective customers in assigned markets.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Engage decision-makers and communicate the Waste Solutions value proposition.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Outside Sales.
• Coordinate calendars to support show rates and handoffs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, contacts, and follow-ups.
• Build a consistent pipeline through disciplined prospecting.
• Partner with Outside Sales on priorities and feedback.
