Job summary

Rockwell Automation's Fiix division seeks an Account Executive to drive cloud-based SaaS sales across Canada. You will own full-cycle sales, build relationships, and mentor junior reps while targeting mid-market customers.

Reporting to the Director, Global High Velocity Sales, you will deliver online demos, tell strong value stories, and manage a 12-month pipeline with a competitive compensation mix of base and incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Willing to travel 30% of the time.
• 5+ years of experience managing and closing complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
• Experience presenting to customers via various channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive a full sales cycle in the MM market and meet targets.
• Build relationships to maximize successful outcomes.
• Prospect regularly to add new opportunities to the funnel.
• Present a company and product via demos or meetings.
• Develop a sales strategy to close deals while balancing customer needs.
• Understand customer business needs and complexities.
• Manage sales process with strategic account plans and presentations.
• Move sales through the full cycle engaging Fiix resources.
• Provide recommendations based on customer pain points and trends.
• Track milestones and manage customer expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for growth.
• Prospect through high-volume outreach to find new customers.
• Mentor junior sales representatives with feedback and guidance.
• Build and manage a 12-month sales pipeline.
