Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; built, run and optimized campaigns themselves.
• A track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
