Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for Urgent Care accounts. You own paid media strategy, budgeting, and the narrative for client calls, serving as the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding, testing, and attribution, and drive 90-day roadmaps and quarterly plans to grow accounts and deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Experience moving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
