Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple sites. You will lead targeting, budget decisions, roadmap and narrative on client calls.

You will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and craft 90-day roadmaps and quarterly narratives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
