Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. We seek a PPC Manager (Urgent Care) who will own paid media for urgent care clients with multi-site operations, guiding targeting, budget calls, the 90‑day roadmap, and the client narrative in meetings.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets and bidding, and run creative tests. English on live calls with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
