You will manage budgets, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign launches, with trusted conversion tracking (GA4, tag manager and pixels) and build quarterly roadmaps.

You’ll bring strategic voice on client calls and drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Agency experience across multiple clients and locations.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Own paid media for urgent care clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
